“The eternal earth, air, heaven
That glory, the resplendence of the sun
May we contemplate the brilliance of that light
That it may inspire our minds with the self-effulgent brilliance
Within all realms: air, earth, heaven, and beyond
Illuminate our subtle intellect
For the enlightenment of beings everywhere.”
This mantra sings to my soul. So much so that I spent the majority of last summer with it and am now sharing it in my 90 day Kriya meditation offering. This mantra has the unique ability to illuminate all aspects my being. Traveling the dark corner of my heart, intuition, psyche and patterns and revealing the truth in love. Allowing the true self to shine through the stories, conditioning and armor.
Life is sweet.
I savor the taste of this smile.
Grateful for the stranger who shared this photo and video with me. For her kind eyes and words and the way she captured this moment in time.
Grateful for this land that has held me in so many versions of myself.
The memories I have in this very spot are cherished.
The moons I have witnessed here are deeply revered.
My heart feels at home on this soil.
Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.
